General Terms and Conditions for applicants


These general Terms and Conditions shall govern the contractual obligations of Weemss Ltd on one side, and on the other side applicants registered for an event under “The Career Show” brand. Please, take the time to read these Terms and Conditions before making your registration as a participating company.

In these Terms and Conditions, the general terms used shall have the following definitions:
Event: any event organized under “The Career Show” brand
Organizer: Weemss Ltd
Applicant: Any individual that has registered for the Event as a participating applicant by filling in the registration form available on the Website.
Website: the Event’s official website where participating companies can register online for the Event, as well as find official information about the Event.


1. The Applicant registers for the Event by filling in the registration form available on the Website. Once the Applicant has filled in the form, it shall be reviewed for approval by the Organizer.

2. Registering for the Event does not guarantee participation in the Event. If the Applicant covers all requirements for participation, they will receive an approval confirmation email.

3. In order to be approved for the Event the Applicant has to cover at least 2 of the following 3 requirements: to have professional experience, to have a higher education degree, to be fluent in at least one foreign language other than Bulgarian.

4. Registering for the Event is done personally. Registration for the Event cannot be exchanged, shared, or given away to another person.


1. Information about the Event like venue, date, time, program, etc. shall be announced in advance on the Website.

2. By registering for the Event the Applicant agrees to have their photo taken and to be in video footage taken at the Event.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to any participant or representative of the Participating company without a specific reason.


1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, and venue of the Event. Any such changes will be announced in advanced on the Website.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event should the situation demand for such a cancellation. In this case the Organizer shall send the Applicant an email informing them of the cancellation.

3. The Organizer have no liability to thе applicant for any travelling, accommodation, subsistence or other costs or liabilities arising out of any changes to, postponement, rescheduling or cancellation of the Event or for the Organizer failure to notify the Participating company about any such changes, postponement, rescheduling or cancellation.


1. The Organizer shall not be liable in the case of Force Majeure events outside of the Organizer’s control, which prevent the Event from happening.

2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any of the Applicant’s expenses, like transportation, stay, etc.

3. The Organizer shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of the Applicant.

2. Photos and Video footage: the Organizer can take photos, as well as record audio and video during the Event, which can then be used on the Website, on social media, traditional media, as well as for promotional, corporate, or marketing purposes. Upon registering for the Event the Applicant consents to having their pictures taken and to being recorded, and waives any ownership or intellectual rights over such materials.


The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and inform of any such changes on the Website.
