Helen is the MD of H&H – one of the fastest growing and employee communication consultancies in the UK. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, in over 150 countries, H&H brings creativity and imagination to the way employees communicate, interact and connect at work. They’ve achieved dozens of awards for their performance enhancing work with leadership and internal communication teams – and have held a best UK Agency title for nine consecutive years.
Helen’s career began in global brand management – where she was responsible for a portfolio in excess of £100m. A heady mix of curiosity and life changing events, led her into the world of behavioural psychology and linguistics –sparking a fascination with improving the employee experience.
Helen is an NLP Master practitioner, has an MSc in transformational coaching and is exclusive licence holder for PRINT® UK. She is active in her local community as a business mentor and supporting local charities.
