Eligibility

Anyone in the industry is welcome to enter the competition. No matter if you are a global tech leader or a startup with 5 employees, you have a chance of receiving recognition of your achievements.

The Tech Employer Awards is a global competition with no geographical or company size restrictions, the only requirement is that your entries are in English!

Any HR practice, strategy or event implemented between 1 September 2019 to 30 November 2020 is eligible.

By registering in at least one category, you automatically enter the competition for Best Tech Employer and People’s Choice awards

Judging

We handpick each member of the jury so we can guarantee the ratings are based on objectiveness, high professionalism, solid experience and great vision. Our jury panel consists of innovation and HR gurus, thought leaders, professors, futurists, technology entrepreneurs, investors, serial company founders, best selling authors, world-renowned journalists, bloggers, editors and publishers.

Each entry is initially assessed to make sure it meets the eligibility criteria and see if all fields are filled in correctly. If so, the entry gets approved and continues into the evaluation phase.

All approved entries in a category are then evaluated on their own merit and based on the set criteria, instead of getting judged against each other. The final score of the entry is the average score of each jury member.

In order to receive an award, an entry has to meet a minimum final score of:

Gold Award – 75 points
Silver Award – 65 points
Bronze Award – 55 points
